Coffee Beans

Coffee Beans Eciatto

We have expertly created a distinctive blending and roast character for each of them by fusing our passion of traditional Italian espresso with creative thinking about how to get the best out of every coffee. We have categorised our coffee beans to three categories: Summerwood Series, Cosmopolite Series and Anchor Series.

Summerwood Series

Summerwood Series

In this series, we have a range of coffees that are steady, bold and fierce. This category of coffee beans is suitable for coffee drinkers that love a strong coffee drink. Here, there are three types of coffee beans: Absolute, Equinox and Ballistic.

Absolute – Yes, we took inspiration from the name of absolut vodka because this is the best way to describe the no nonsense, straight up goodness in the blend. You can expect flavour notes of spices, pipe tobacco and pepper.

Equinox – Everything is at equal length with an equal balance. This coffee has medium acidity, body and finish. You can be sure to expect notes of botanic, Chinese herbs, bitter orange, chocolate and oak.

Ballistic – Bouncy, lively and wild, just as the name indicates. Expect lemon acidity, plumy, with mild tannic/bitey aftertaste.

Cosmopolite Series

Cosmopolite Series

This series of coffee beans are dedicated for those who like their coffee bright, vibrant and fruity. There are three types of variations available: NO.27, Velocity and Tenor.

NO.27 – It may be nothing special to most of the public however, this just happens to be Eciatto’s in-house favourite. That’s why it is named No.27. Expect flavour notes of ginger candy, liquorice and Chinese herbs.

Velocity – This is a long-lived, all-time favourite that has the amazing flavour notes of orange peel, white chocolate silkiness that will leave a sweet aftertaste.

Tenor – A rather strong and bold coffee, this is most suitable for those who like their coffee a tad stronger. Expect flavour notes of earth, nuts, honey and cigar.

Anchor Series

Anchor Series

Blends in this series are the most popular options among Eciatto’s existing clientele. Each blend is named after the category of singing voice types to indicate the intensity, range and depth of the taste profile.

Soprano – Soprano is the highest pitch in the human voice. Hence, you can be guaranteed this blend to be the brightest. It is soft and mellow, medium in body, and has flavour notes of cinnamon, herbs, and coriander seeds.

Mezzo – Mezzo refers to a mid-range vocal type. It does not mean that the blend is mediocre; in turn, this blend can please everyone; from the connoisseur to the layman. It is medium in acidity, body and aftertaste. Expect notes of clear flower, citrus and vanilla.

Bass – The boldest and strongest of all, so be warned, this is not a coffee for the faint-hearted. Expect soft citrus nuance, green guava, cedar and smoke.
