About Us
Brand Story
Eciatto is a beverage supplier, working with renowned brands and distributing well-known names like Sanremo, Quamar, Dalla Corte, 1883 Maison Routin, 1872 Clipper Tea, Montenne and more. Their services cover beverage equipment sales to cafes around Malaysia and well-established or newly established restaurants. Eciatto also provides training for baristas and assists café owners in running their businesses via training and consultation.
Eciatto started in 2008 with humble beginnings; back then, it was called TLH Sales and Services. In 2010, their founders, Mr Hoh Tze Hou and Ms Nicole Low, changed how they do business and switched their names to Eciatto. Today, they have managed to expand their business and become Southeast Asia’s largest coffee supplier.
From a business with only two persons running backend and frontend operations in a home business, they have transformed from a mere intermediary that only catered sales and services to a one-stop beverage supplier, expanding to 3 different regional offices with approximately 30 employees.
Now, Eciatto even has a member base for all their supporters and customers, further streamlining their operations by providing support and assistance to all their customers. At Eciatto, we believe in “transforming concepts, delivering results, and changing lives – Service from the heart.”

Nicole Low Feei Feei
Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Nicole has ventured into the highly competitive and yet exciting F&B industry since 2005. She was recognised as one of the Top 100 Malaysia Influential Young Entrepreneurs (MIYE) in 2017. Being a young, passionate, aggressive and positive entrepreneur, Nicole always works hard to stay competitive. Her can-do and people-oriented personality never stops inspiring people around her to believe in her vision and reach their full potential.
Hoh Tze Hou
Graduating as a degree holder in Information Technology, Hoh ventured into the F&B Industry in 2006. Hoh sees enormous potential in the industry, and by building a company equipped with an aggressive, caring and innovative team, Hoh is determined to lead Eciatto to be recognised as one of the prominent coffee suppliers in South East Asia. With his helpful, caring and analytical personality, Hoh believes his company will succeed by building a solid company culture and is willing to create better opportunities for each employee. Eciatto has recorded aspiring results under Hoh’s leadership. Hoh is highly committed to finding the right person for the proper position when forming his team as he knows it is crucial to have the right people that are passionate and capable of doing the particular work they are tasked to do.
